Built and owned by the same family since 1948, Surf Studio Beach Resort sits directly on Cocoa Beach with a private beach area. The resort is a 10-room property with direct beachfront access, sun loungers, beach chairs, and sun umbrellas. An outdoor fireplace, sun terrace, picnic area, and outdoor furniture are set on the grounds.

Each of the 10 one-bedroom apartments at Surf Studio Beach Resort has air-conditioning, a private bathroom, a kitchenette, a dining area, a balcony, and Samsung smart TVs in the lounge and bedroom. Kitchenettes include full-size refrigerators and two-burner ranges; the two oceanfront end suites add four-burner stoves and ocean-facing windows.
